Our business is in an area with bouts of very bad, often times torrent bouts of weather so it’s absolutely essential for us to have a method of emergency backup when the power goes out as it often will. There isn’t a company that I can think of in the world that can be effectively operational without any power at all, most in fact are totally dependant on the continuous operation of machines, so it really doesn’t make any sense at all to not have some way to keep those machines operational even when the regular source of power is out. We back up our files at the end of every business day, but if we lost power in the middle of the day, hours of valuable information could be lost – emergency backup power will keep this from happening. Our business can continue to run smoothly and our customers can stay satisfied no matter if the power in our area is out or not and with outages occurring sometimes more than once a week we probably wouldn’t be able to keep the doors open without a reliable source of backup power available to us. Our generators have saved our necks so many times that they have probably paid for themselves a dozen times over.
